Interview with Levi Fuller, Author of The Locket Noose | NewInBooks

What’s the story behind the story? What inspired you to write The Locket Noose?

When I was wandering in the forest, there was a rusty locket laying underneath a tree, it made me wonder how did this locket get here in the woods.

What’s your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?

Psychological thriller is my favorite genre to read, but I love watching murder mystery movies such as Vertigo. Understanding the reasons behind why people had the guts to murder someone helps me create intriguing stories.

What books are on your TBR pile right now?

Some books on my TBR pile right now are Don’t lie to me, Dead End Girl, and Elsewhere.

What scene in your book was your favorite to write?

Kat finding out the secrets of her family was my favorite scene to write in my book.

Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)

I enjoy drinking a glass of fruity ale while creating stories.

Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?

“Always strive to improve” is my motto.

If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?

Whatever people do, they always have a justification for their actions.
