What’s the story behind the story? What inspired you to write Hold On To My Heart?

Before I began writing books, I was a touring musician, so I always love writing about Rock Stars. I set this book in one of my favorite European cities, as well — Vienna! Plus, it has a fantastic single mother who is about to find the love of a lifetime.

What’s your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?

Contemporary romance. Yes!

What books are on your TBR pile right now?

Anything by Tasmina Perry.

What scene in your book was your favorite to write?

I loved writing the scene where they share their first kiss. It’s so romantic and sexy!

Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)

I tend to listen to the same song over and over while I write.

If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?

I hope my books make them feel happy and hopeful.
